The Five Foundations of Health

In my experience, I find that most health issues that appear in clinic stem from an imbalance between, what I call, "The five foundations of health". These are the most basic parts of being a human that, when in balance, provide the environment us to thrive! The five foundations are sleep, diet, mental health, lifestyle, and exercise (all equally important). The more we refine the potency of each of these elements, the closer we get to becoming our best-self.
